Alstrat CANADA was founded by Samir Naoum, a seasoned Industrial Engineering and Management graduate of The University of Montreal reputable schools. He is presently on a long term engagement as Vice President Operations of a manufacturer of durable goods serving the world markets from Canadian and Asian manufacturing sites. Samir spent half of his extensive career working in senior staff and line management positions with medium and large size multinational manufacturing, distribution and services companies. He managed multifunctional areas and multiple sites for Alstom, R&M MetalTech (now Solectron SGE), and Relizon Canada as Plant Manager, General Manager and Vice President. He developed a strong reputation for achieving tangible results and delivering on his commitments. As Principal with two top international consulting firms, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting Group and Ernst & Young , Samir worked with numerous clients in Canada, the US, Mexico and Africa to develop and implement business strategies and transformation initiatives. Through its partnership with Xe-NOR Inc., a well established group of senior advisers, Alstrat teams up with professional resources with complementary functional and industry expertise. Our alliance covers Strategy, Marketing and Sales, Systems development and implementation, Human Capital management, as well as international business (South-East Asia).
